Roomex are one of the proud sponsors of the “Autumn Sparkle” networking evening at the Bankside Hotel in London on Oct 22nd. Now in its seventh year, the networking event has proved a huge success with PAs EAs, Office Managers and anybody who books travel and meetings as part of their role.
Kirsty Hicks of BMI Publishing shed light on typical attendees of the event to highlight how travel bookings impact on their roles. The results were as follows:
The aim of the evening is ultimately for like-minded PAs to have an inclusive, revealing, fun, networking opportunity with peers and suppliers that can help make their jobs easier going forward.
It’s a fun event, where you can let your hair down and discover some great tips and advice from your industry peers and helpful suppliers. PAs get to meet with up to 10 suppliers and everyone can enjoy complimentary drinks, food, and even mini massages and manicures throughout. This is a stress relieving exercise after all!
There is also an very exciting competition running through the evening. As attendees meet and greet the various suppliers, they get stamped by each supplier so that they can enter the final grand prize draw. This is always a big draw, with 95 of 102 attendees in the summer completing their card/invite with stamps.
